Our purpose is to create our best world, a ton at a time; empowering our customers to transform their materials into valuable resources for the betterment of people, planet, and their bottom lines.Discover more about life at CDE the roleJob PurposeTo ensure all material and parts are controlled and managed in an organised and efficient manner within the warehouse area.NB. this job description is not exhaustive as other duties may be required to fulfil the requirements of the role.Responsibilities· Adhering to company safety policies and procedures, at all times· Good inwards – goods off load, verify against paperwork and verify quality· Stock management – ensure stock is put away in applicable section of stores· Despatch – accurately 'pick' goods for fabrication, site, assembly or spares· Maintain target 5s standards for work area and identify and implement improvements.· Ensure all equipment is properly set-up and used in a safe manner and that all safety devices are in use.· Stock counting – assist with the routine physical stock count and check stock levels on request.· Shipping – liaise with couriers to have parts orders shipped to customers.Business Unit CustomCareJob Title Warehouse OperativeReporting to CustomCare ManagerLocation Cleburne, TexasOther· To adhere to CDE policy and practice.· To protect the confidentiality of all information and data held privately.· To carry out any other duties within reason and capability associated with this role.About the companyCreating Our Best World a Ton at a Time - Global Leaders in Waste Repurposing & Natural Materials Processing SolutionsRequired CriteriaMinimum 1 years' experience in similar roleProven organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan, organise and control daily workloadGood interpersonal skillsAbility to work unsupervised and as part of a teamAvailable to work flexible hoursClearance to work in USADesired CriteriaQualification in Warehousing/StoresMinimum 3 years' experience in similar roleAisle Master or Bendi truck experienceMaterial picking using handheld scannersSkills you'll needDecision MakingCommunicationVerbal and Written SkillsTeamworking
