Retail Pharmacy Associate – Inventory Salary : $18.75–$20.75 per hour starting wage Benefits Competitive pay with productivity‑based wage increase up to $2.00 in the first 6 months, maximum $5.00. What You Will Do Count and record inventory with precision, capturing part numbers, serial numbers, NDCS and expiration dates of medical devices and/or medication. Follow a clear, consistent workflow playbook. Move between inventory locations, walking or standing for extended periods. Meet daily performance goals and receive wage increases. Experience in pharmacy, retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver or warehouse work appreciated. No inventory experience: training will be provided. Preferred: prior experience in a healthcare setting (hospital, clinic, pharmacy, medical office, etc.). Complete pharmacy and hospital training certification as required. Comply with healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including screening, PPE, confidentiality. Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts. Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools. Strong focus and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency. Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
