Manufacturing Engineer

job summary:
Manufacturing Engineer needed for a Tier 1 Automotive Supplier. This role supports the production of parts for a major OEM. Looking for a hands on person, who can drive continuious improvement and participate in capital projects.

salary: $70,000 - 100,000 per year
work hours: 6am to 4pm
education: Bachelors

responsibilities:

• Develop assembly concepts including layout and design of production line.
• Support capital projects for the production area.
• Prepare and maintain PFMEAs, value stream & standard work instructions.
• Work directly with customers on major decisons.
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Good mechanical and technical skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, CAD, and SAP skills.
