Business Development Manager - Equipment

We are seeking a driven Equipment Business Development Manager to lead sales growth and expand market presence for an established global manufacturer of filling equipment and packaging solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded sales professional who thrives on developing new business, building customer relationships, and selling capital equipment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and revenue growth across the U.S. market.
- Identify and secure opportunities with manufacturers requiring filling equipment and automation solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop competitive sales strategies and communicate the technical value of equipment solutions.
- Collaborate with international engineering, product management, and technical service teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B technical sales experience in capital equipment, packaging machinery, filling systems, or industrial automation.
- Proven success developing new business and managing complex equipment sales cycles.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand manufacturing processes and equipment applications.
- Experience selling European-manufactured equipment is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% or more, including occasional international travel.
