Assembly Line WorkerWe are currently hiring assembly line workers for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Associates will work on an assembly line operating production equipment and supporting daily manufacturing operations. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently, and maintaining quality standards throughout the shift.Job DutiesOperate assembly line equipment in a high-volume production environmentUse manufacturing tools such as sonic welders, torque guns, lift assists, and other production equipmentPerform visual quality inspections on productsRotate through multiple stations and tasks on the assembly lineMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow all company safety procedures and production standardsPay: $17.50 per hour — Paid weeklyShifts AvailableA crew Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (10-12 hour shifts depending on production needs)B crew Tuesday - Friday 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM (10-12 hour shifts depending on production needs)C crew Friday and Saturday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Sunday and Monday 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (rotating shift)TrainingAll associates will complete a 2-day paid onsite training class before starting regular production work. Once training is completed, associates will begin work immediately.RequirementsMust wear safety glasses and closed-toe shoesWarehouse-appropriate professional clothing requiredMust be able to stand for the entire shiftNo headphones allowed on the production floorAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong attendance and reliability required
