Registered Nurse - ICU/CCU

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, with 36 hours scheduled per week and 24 hours guaranteed. The facility has the option to cancel 1 shift.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide critical care as defined by state-specific regulations and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in the ICU/CCU setting. The RN must float between assigned facilities as required, adhering to all standards and regulations of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU/CCU environment.
• Monitor and assess patient status, responding to acute changes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, observing for side effects and effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and outcomes.
• Float between Boswell and Del Webb facilities as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 24 months of recent ICU/CCU experience within the last 12 months is required.
• Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
• No hits on state license to practice.
• Driver's license to verify residency.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
