Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Location Boerne, TX

Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule Shifts are from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with rotating weekends per schedule and holidays as per unit policy.

Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality emergency care to patients. The ideal candidate will have the ability to stabilize critical patients and provide immediate intervention for serious emergencies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients presenting with a variety of emergency conditions. Stabilize critical patients and provide necessary interventions. Monitor patients with an emphasis on rapid evaluation and treatment. Utilize on-site diagnostic equipment effectively for patient care. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. Document patient care accurately using the Meditech system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active Texas RN License (temporary license will not be accepted). Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room experience. BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH certifications required. Experience with Meditech is preferred.
