Tom's Watch Bar is a fast-growing and exciting new restaurant and bar concept.This isn't just your next job - it's your opportunity to be part of an amazing team that delivers on our promise to meet and exceed our guest's experience the moment they walk through our doors!Responsibilities:Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products while serving customersMix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to guestsChecking identification to ensure guests are of legal age to purchase alcoholSuggest additional items to customers, as appropriateMaintain cleanliness and organization of the bar areaSupport other areas of the restaurant as requested, such as answering telephones and completing financial transactionsQualifications:1+ year experience in food service/hospitality preferredA team player with a guest first attitudeThe ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkersThrived in a fast-paced environment and embraced working a flexible schedulePhysical Demands:The ability to stand for extended periodsRepeated bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 lbs. requiredAdditional Information:Medical, Dental, Vision and Life InsuranceDeferred Retirement Plan with Company MatchPaid Time Off
