Mass Timber Product AssemblerAssemble semi-finished and finished parts to produce a finished mass timber product.Position Responsibilities And DutiesFabricate product per job specs and drawingsPrepare workstations per Lead Assembly Technician directionRead, and understand shop drawings, blueprints, product specifications, and process documentsPerform quality control inspections to ensure product meets job specs and tolerancesBe knowledgeable on all hardware and fastener typesHandle and transport material with forklift and overhead craneHelp maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environmentReport issues with tool, equipment or unsafe conditionsComplete other responsibilities as assignedMinimum Skills And ExperienceAble to perform manual operations requiring adept dexterityAble to competently perform visual inspection of finished partsFamiliarity with power tools, forklift and overhead craneAble to meet physical demands of the job: standing for extended periods, lifting loads up to 50 pounds, squat, bend or kneel while wearing a tool beltComfortable working in a variety of weather conditionsForklift certificateOverhead crane training and certificationRigging training and certificationAdhere to all OSHA and Swinerton safety practices and procedures
