We are seeking a compassionate and caring Outpatient Therapist to provide person-centered therapy to amazing clients living with mental health and/or substance use challenges in our outpatient clinic in Whiteville, NC. Your Role In Our Mission As an Outpatient Therapist on the team, you’ll play a vital role in helping both youth and adults build brighter, healthier futures. You’ll conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop meaningful treatment goals and person‑centered plans (PCPs) that reflect each client’s unique voice, needs, and aspirations. You’ll also have the opportunity to design and lead therapy groups, fostering connection and growth. This is a wonderful opportunity to utilize your passions and creativity. Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm onsite. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $55,000 - 57,000 for provisional licensure; range for full licensure starts at $58,000+. What We’re Looking For Education: A Master’s degree and mental health licensure are required. LCSW(A), LCMHC(A) and/or LCAS(A); Dual licensure preferred. Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy. Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work‑related travel.
