Ross Stores, Inc. seeks a Loss Prevention Specialist in Leesburg, VA to provide a secure environment for customers and associates. This role involves visible deterrent responsibilities at store entrances, compliance with security protocols, and offering exemplary customer service. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a high school diploma, and preferably a year of retail supervisory experience. An active Security Guard License is also desired.
