This permanent outpatient position offers a predictable schedule with no weekend work, allowing for a balanced work‑life dynamic. You will initially handle a patient load of 10-12 per day, increasing to an average of 18-24 as you become established. The compensation package includes a generous salary guaranteed for two years, with most physicians earning more afterward through an RVU model. Additionally, we offer up to $100,000 as a sign‑on bonus and up to $20,000 in relocation assistance.
