Fecon, LLC is a vegetation management equipment manufacturer located in Lebanon, Ohio near Kings Island Amusement Park. This entry‑level position is for a Maintenance Technician – Night shift. Job Details Location: Lebanon, OH Job Id: 1231 Manager Title: Maintenance Supervisor FLSA Status: Non‑Exempt, Full‑Time Responsibilities Perform daily duties as assigned. Assist Machine Maintenance Technicians as needed. Daily inspection of the exterior area of plants to ensure areas are free and clear of blowing trash and debris. Perform other related duties as assigned. Maintain the exterior of buildings and grounds in a professional and organized manner. Required Skills / Qualifications Ability to use basic hand tools and follow simple directions. Detail oriented and able to clean up each job as completed. Able to perform each task safely and effectively in an industrial environment. Able to work professionally and use proper etiquette in an office environment. High school diploma or equivalent. Technical school training is a plus. Ability to safely use and lift items weighing fifty (50) pounds. Able to safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and cranes as needed.
