Role Description The Director of Acquisitions is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV, responsible for leading the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of investment and acquisition opportunities. This role oversees the end-to-end deal process, including pipeline development, financial modeling, due diligence coordination, and transaction negotiations. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential targets, building relationships with brokers, owners, and partners, and preparing investment proposals and presentations for internal decision-makers. The Director will collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to assess risks, structure deals, and ensure timely, compliant closings. The role also involves monitoring market trends, refining acquisition strategies, and mentoring team members to support continuous improvement in the acquisitions function.
Qualifications

Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, data interpretation, and scenario analysis.
Demonstrated expertise in acquisitions, including sourcing, evaluating, structuring, and closing transactions.
Solid foundation in finance and investments, with experience in capital markets, asset valuation, or portfolio management.
Proven ability to lead comprehensive due diligence processes, coordinating legal, financial, and operational reviews.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS Finance) or relevant certifications (CFA, CPA) preferred.
Experience in investment, private equity, real estate, or corporate development environments.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities, including mentoring and cross-functional coordination.
High level of integrity, sound judgment, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
