HumanHire is partnered with an established Law Firm to find a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their growing team in NYC. This position offers the opportunity to support sophisticated commercial real estate transactions and lender-side matters.

Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys with commercial real estate transactions, financings, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Assist with due diligence, document review, and transaction organization.
• Prepare and maintain closing documents, checklists, and related transaction materials.
• Coordinate with lenders, title companies, surveyors, clients, and other parties throughout transactions.
• Assist with closings, post-closing matters, and document filings.
• Maintain organized files and transaction records while managing multiple deadlines.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Real Estate Paralegal experience
• Commercial real estate transaction experience required; lender-side experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with UCC filings, title, surveys, and transaction documents
• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required
