Location: This position is fully remote and is being posted in Minnesota, however, candidates are not required to live in a specific state. The only requirement is to hold an active SLP license (or be willing to obtain one prior to start) in any of our CST/EST state: Texas. Compensation: This is a full-time, exempt, W2-salaried position. The base salary ranges from $63,000-$81,500 . The role also includes a performance-based bonus opportunity ranging from $7,800-$26,400 , bringing the total compensation potential to $70,000-$108,000 . Will you join us? State Licensure and Commitment We are seeking SLPs licensed in any of our CST/EST states , working full-time hours. All scheduling options available include some degree of afternoon and evening availability. Responsibilities Provide speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population Diagnose and develop care plans for clients with the support of Expressable tools and resources, with a focus on clinical outcomes, client/caregiver buy-in, and education. Complete all documentation in accordance with our quality and timeliness standards. Fulfill all required training, client communications, screenings, licensing and credentialing tasks, and internal communications in a timely manner. Provide PTO and sick coverage for sessions and evaluations for care continuity Pursue ongoing professional development through Expressable resources, mentorship, and monthly Grand Rounds with fellow clinicians and clinical leaders.
