Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities Perform operational duties to support the Monitoring & Remediation plan, including development of analytical reports, managing the remediation process for monitoring, and performing analysis of data. Collect and review supporting documentation for monitoring to ensure individuals comply with company policies and procedures. Ensure accuracy and completeness of entries in the monitoring system and shareroom. Work with Compliance & Integrity team members and Business Partners to provide monitoring results and resolve data and system issues. Assist with identifying process improvements, maintaining the current monitoring system, and documenting processes and procedures. Qualifications Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and V‑Lookups. Proficiency in PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple business priorities concurrently with minimal or no supervision. Ability to learn systems and processes rapidly. Experience with any monitoring systems or platforms, plus experience with Veeva, Concur, Propel, or similar systems is a plus. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
