About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with Jackson HealthPros to find a qualified Nuclear Medicine Tech in Scarborough, Maine, 04074!

Jackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled nuclear medicine technologist to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team. The technologist will prepare and administer radioactive drugs and operate radiation detection and imaging equipment. This position is located in Scarborough, ME at a hospital setting. Candidates will work alongside full-time staff on a weekday day schedule with no call and no weekends.

Minimum Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nuclear medicine technology required.
• CNMT or ARRT(N) certification required.
• State license to practice nuclear medicine required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of nuclear medicine technologist experience required.
• Experience with general nuclear medicine, nuclear cardiology, and oncologic PET imaging required.
• Experience with Siemens camera systems, including SPECT/CT, required.
• Ability to float between inpatient and outpatient nuclear medicine and PET imaging as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Epic and NMIS preferred.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and patient-centered work style preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0630-1500.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, weekday day schedule.
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 40.
• No weekends required.
• No call requirements.
• May float between inpatient imaging at the main hospital (Portland) and outpatient imaging in Scarborough. Drive time between locations approximately 10 minutes.
