Member Experience Team MemberLife's too short to not work someplace awesome! The Member Experience Team Member will manage our busy lobby operations during peak weekend business hours and provide our members with outstanding communication and support. This individual will become one of the "faces and voices" of The Little Gym on the weekends.Key responsibilities include:Develop a thorough understanding of The Little Gym philosophy and programsOpen the door for every guest, great them by name, and check them in for classGive lobby announcements to parent's, updating them on class themes, key milestones, and gym updatesConduct daily sales calls, texts and emails as well responds to incoming inquiries and requestsGreet Introductory, first-time guests and provide a world-class intro experienceCommunicate the amazing benefits of The Little Gym Program and curriculum to members and potential future membersCreate "Wow" moments for our members and build long-lasting relationshipsUtilize the TLG proprietary systems in accordance with processes and proceduresEnsure all accounts are up to date with paymentsAssist coaches with class management as neededAdditional responsibilities as neededYou'd fit in here if…You have experience in a customer service roleYou are outgoing and love to build relationshipsYou have great communication skills, both verbal and writtenYou have no problem giving announcements to a lobby full of guestsYou have superior organizational skills and are extremely detail orientedYou are Computer Savvy and can learn new systems quicklyYou can multi-task in an EXTREMELY busy environmentYou are not afraid to pick up the phone, build relationships and sell our amazing programYou love working within a teamYou are a kid magnet and love giving high 5'sYou are flexible and able to quickly adapt in a changing environmentScheduleThis position is Saturday and Sundays from 7:30am-2:00pmAdditional shifts may be available for the right fit overtimeYou may think we're awesome because…Kids walk out of our classes more confident than when they walked in every single day.We take our fun pretty seriously but also take the role we play in our community and with each child we meet seriously.
