Dexter is hiring a OTR Driver delivering trailer parts and products to our customers. This position offers steady work, well-maintained equipment, and a predicable schedule . Pay structure includes, mileage, drop, and a detention hourly rate Driver-friendly schedule designed to support work-life balance Pull 53' Flatbed trailers Supportive team that values safety and respects our drivers What You'll Do Safely transport trailer parts and products to Dexter branch locations Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Complete required DOT logs and delivery documentation Communicate with dispatch regarding delays, road conditions, or equipment concerns Follow all DOT, federal, state, and company safety regulations Drive safely and professionally in varying weather and road conditions What We’re Looking For 21 years of age or older Valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Certification At least 1 year of commercial driving experience (manual experience required) Van or Flatbed experience preferred Clean driving record (no DWI/DUI in the last 3 years) Ability to read and follow work instructions in English Safety-focused and dependable Able to work independently without constant supervision Knowledge of DOT and truck driving regulations Ability to handle long driving days when needed Why Work at Dexter?
