Job Description

We are looking for a dependable, skilled, and customer-focused Manager to join our growing apartment community team. If you are passionate about people, property, and making a difference we’d love to meet you!

What You'll Do

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate the on-site leasing and maintenance staff to achieve property goals.
• Financial Oversight: Manage property budgets & expenses, approve invoices for payment
• Rent Collection: Oversee timely rent collection, manage delinquencies, and handle legal eviction processes when necessary.
• Resident Relations: Resolve elevated resident concerns, ensure fast resolution of maintenance issues, and drive resident retention.
• Compliance & Reporting: Maintain full compliance with Fair Housing laws, local building codes, and generate regular performance reports for owners.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an on-site Property Manager required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certifications: CAM, CAPS, or ARM credentials are highly desirable.
• Software: Advanced proficiency in property management software a plus.
• Skills: Exceptional leadership, fiscally responsible, dispute resolution, and project management skills.
