A premier Manhattan construction consultancy is expanding its executive delivery team and securing a UK-trained Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager to direct high-profile, high-end commercial builds across Lower Manhattan. This is not a corporate treadmill. This position puts you at the helm of iconic built-environment investments, managing commercial value engineering across elite retail, luxury accommodation, and flagship corporate headquarters. Direct all commercial pre-contract and post-contract cost management workflows for high-end Manhattan assets. Execute precision value estimation, contractual risk management, and procurement advice for high-net-worth clients. Manage client-side relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring absolute commercial order and project profitability. Enforce rigorous commercial governance across complex, fast-paced fit-out and ground-up builds. Professional Requirements Background: UK experience with a Quantity Surveying (PQS) degree; MRICS charter status is highly advantageous. Track Record: Proven delivery experience managing high-end retail, high-specification commercial offices, or luxury residential projects. Commercial IQ: Expertise in value engineering, contract administration, and client-facing advisory roles.
