• 40 hours/week -- Mon - Fri, with daily shift times varying by day
• 18 - 25 patients per day -- chart closure within 2 business days
• FQHC clinic setting
• EMR: OCHIN or EPIC
• Nexplanon and IUD experience highly preferred -- women's health required
• All ages seen -- pediatrics through geriatric, including newborns
• Rural FQHC experience preferred
• MAT waiver helpful for addiction treatment support
