As Site Director at The da Vinci Academy for KinderCare, you will lead all aspects of a vibrant early childhood learning center. You’ll manage daily operations, supervise and develop staff, and ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children and families. You will oversee curriculum implementation, licensing compliance, budgeting, and enrollment growth while building strong partnerships with families.
