Our therapists provide intentional, therapeutic massage sessions that complement the Nordic Spa experience and support whole-body wellness. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well‑being. Responsibilities Provide up to five (5) 60-minute sessions per day Review client intake forms and conduct thorough intake conversations with guests Maintain accurate SOAP documentation while upholding confidentiality in line with HIPAA, state standards Collaborate with the Guest Services team to ensure a seamless guest transition Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming massage treatment room in line with sanitation and safety protocols Uphold all state regulations for sanitation, draping, and informed consent Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities Skills Valid massage therapy license in the state of Florida Ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Strong communication skills and a guest-centered approach Experience in customer service within a med spa or wellness setting is highly desirable. Commitment to ethical practice, professional boundaries, and collaborative teamwork Prior experience in med spa environments enhances familiarity with industry standards and client expectations.
