Basic Qualifications
Education/Training: Education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent preferred; specialized banking education and training; S.A.F.E. Act certification required.
Skill(s): Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations, communicative, and sales skills; ability to work well in a team environment while providing excellent customer service; demonstrated management and supervisory skills; a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank products and services; a working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures; visual and auditory skills; valid driver's license.
Experience: A minimum of two (2) years related experience normally required.
General Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting in managing the Community Office in order to meet the financial services needs of customers in the assigned community market area; participating with the Community Office Manager in establishing specific goals for the office; providing training to community office staff; determining work procedures and expediting work flow; ensuring the office's compliance with operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements; communicating with appropriate management and staff personnel; providing periodic reports; performing all of the duties of a Customer Services Specialist II and, as needed, a Teller.
