Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP-CCC credentials
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Florida
• Experience in school settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with middle and high school populations; comfort with K-12 caseloads

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy for students, focusing mostly on middle and high schoolers
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and contribute to IEP development and meetings
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote student success
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in accordance with district and regulatory requirements
• Support a small number of elementary students as needed
