Clinical Research Associate II

ICON seeks a Clinical Research Associate II to design and analyze clinical trials in a sponsor-dedicated model across California locations. The role involves site management, protocol compliance monitoring, data integrity oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to support innovative treatment development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials
- Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout trial conduct
- Collaborate with investigators and site staff to facilitate study operations
- Perform data review and resolve queries to maintain high-quality clinical data
- Contribute to preparation and review of study documentation including protocols and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare-related field
- Minimum 2 years experience as Clinical Research Associate
- In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel approximately 60%
Compensation: $91,336–$114,170 base
