Working remotely, the full-time Outside Property Claim Representative will receive comprehensive training in claim handling and customer service while managing 1st party property claims under supervision. Key responsibilities Participate in structured training classes covering insurance policies and claim processes Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims with guidance from experienced professionals Gather information from various stakeholders, including policyholders and third-party providers Required qualifications Completion of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Interest in the insurance industry and claims management Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong analytical skills to evaluate relevant facts and information Willingness to engage in ongoing training and development
