Project Manager - Construction

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee commercial and/or industrial construction projects in the Houston area. The ideal candidate will manage projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and field teams Monitor job site safety and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and change orders Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders Track project costs, approvals, and documentation Resolve issues proactively to minimize delays and cost overruns Ensure quality control and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred 5+ years of construction project management experience Experience managing commercial, industrial, or civil construction projects Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Preferred Skills OSHA certification Knowledge of Houston-area permitting and construction regulations Experience with design-build or fast-track construction projects Competitive salary based on experience Performance bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Vehicle allowance or company vehicle #J-18808-Ljbffr
