This position operates in a remote work setting, allowing you flexibility and convenience while maintaining a strong connection to an outpatient clinic environment. Our regular work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide both individual and group counseling sessions aimed at addressing emotional difficulties related to aging and significant life changes.

• Educate caregivers and families about enhancing emotional well-being and improving the quality of life for their elderly loved ones.

• Facilitate grief and loss counseling sessions for residents and their families, offering support during end-of-life transitions.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 65,000 to 95,000 annually, complemented by a potential sign-on bonus.
