Training and continual education of new and current sales members.**What You'll Do*** GP Sales function to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on oversight of pricing, procurement, quality, and compliance. Owns KPI/FMDS performance, mitigates financial/operational risks, and partners cross-functionally to standardize processes, resolve issues quickly, and deliver results for customers, suppliers, and the company* Drive Sales & Pricing Strategy: Oversee quotation generation, pricing calculations, and negotiate pricing with customers and suppliers to safeguard company interests.* Procurement Processes: Oversee the calculation and processing of purchase orders based on customer requests, forecasts, inventory levels, safety stock, and lead times.* Cultivate customer relationships through proactive communication and site visits. Review quarterly "supplier report cards" and systematically manage customer.* Actively pursue kaizen activities, optimize sales processes to increase efficiency, identify/resolve bottlenecks, and implement standardization measures to control costs.* Internal coordinating/facilitation (material damage, accounting issues, invoicing issues, PRC/ECI, SOP and EOP, follow-ups, etc.).* Compliance Issues Import/Export and participate in procedure changes.**What You Need*** High school diploma or GED* Sales analysis, procurement management, and financial KPI tracking. *Types of additional experience preferred but not necessarily required:* Strategic pricing negotiation and program launch oversight.**Travel*** Less than 10% travel required*Our company is proud to be an equal opportunity employer!
