Inside Sales Producer - Client Advisory Team

Job Title Inside Sales Producer – Personal Lines Team, Wilmington, MA (Hybrid Schedule) Overview Achieve new business sales goals as agreed by management, work with new and established lead sources, and provide professional expertise and service to Personal Lines clients in accordance with HUB International’s practices, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities Generate new business for the agency – take responsibility and ownership for making our business grow and improving and building relationships with existing and future customers. Meet annual sales goal set by management. Perform accurate and thorough reviews of client coverage, exposure, and price, and communicate recommendations to the customer in a timely manner with compliance to HUB broker standards. Maintain a working knowledge of all available products to enhance sales ability. Negotiate favorable coverages and rates for clients. Keep communication lines open with the lead source generator. Maintain current knowledge of underwriting requirements of carriers. Maintain knowledge of policy provisions and any changes in them. Keep current with industry trends by reading appropriate journals, company bulletins, memos, and educational classes. Prepare reports for management as required. Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager. Qualifications Experience servicing personal accounts within an insurance agency. Thorough knowledge of personal lines coverages and markets. Experience with an automated agency management system. Active Producer license or ability to obtain license within six months of start date. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment. Required Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience. Required Travel: Negligible. Required Education: High school or equivalent.
