Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced attorney to join its Trial and Defense practice in Phoenix. This role involves handling catastrophic injury cases, complex business litigation, and other related matters. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and possesses strong litigation and trial experience. Duties Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage opinions. Conduct complex legal research and draft memoranda. Draft and review pleadings, briefs, and legal correspondence. Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required. Requirements Admission to the Arizona Bar. 7+ years of experience in litigation and trial. Exceptional legal writing and communication skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects. Education Excellent academic credentials. Certifications Admission to the Arizona Bar. Skills Superior oral argument and research skills. Problem-solving abilities. Benefits Hybrid work flexibility.
