Monitor clients’ health by checking vital signs and reporting any changes to healthcare professionals. Foster a supportive and respectful relationship with clients, understanding their preferences and needs. Maintain accurate and timely records of services and changes in clients' conditions. Collaborate with healthcare providers and family members to ensure comprehensive care. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Certification and/or training from an approved program ideal but not mandatory. Previous experience in home care or related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for caring for others.
