HVAC Technician

An HVAC Technician in Germany is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. The role involves troubleshooting malfunctions, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with local safety and environmental regulations. During the Ausbildung (Vocational Training) Program, candidates will receive hands‑on training, develop technical skills, and gain theoretical knowledge essential for becoming a certified HVAC Technician in Germany. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation units. Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot system malfunctions. Conduct routine maintenance to ensure system efficiency and safety. Understand and adhere to German HVAC industry standards and safety regulations. Work with electrical components, refrigeration systems, and mechanical installations. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and building managers for HVAC solutions. Document maintenance activities and prepare service reports. Stay updated with the latest technologies and energy‑efficient HVAC solutions. Eligibility Criteria Age: 18‑28 years Gender: Open to Male & Female candidates Education Qualification: 12th pass with Mathematics as a compulsory subject, OR 10th pass with a 2‑year ITI certification in a relevant trade Language Requirement: Willingness to learn German (A2/B1 Level required) Health Requirements: Medically fit as per German work standards Work Ethics: Strong motivation, adaptability, and willingness to learn Monthly Stipend €982 – €1,150 during the training period Accommodation Assistance Support in finding housing Healthcare Benefits Medical insurance as per German labor laws Paid Vocational Training Practical and theoretical training with certified German institutions Career Growth Pathway to become a certified HVAC Technician with opportunities for specialization Flight Ticket Included in the program fee Program Fees Total Cost: INR 3.5 Lakh + 18% GST Includes visa processing, documentation, and initial support in Germany Application Process Submit required documents (passport, academic certificates, resume, etc.).
