ABeam is seeking self-motivated new graduates!

ABeam strives to provide recent graduates with an opportunity to leverage their recently completed academic coursework in a business and IT management consulting environment. Recent graduates will work on client engagements to gain exposure in various components of business and IT management consulting to set the foundation for a career in consulting. Recent graduate hires at ABeam will develop consulting skills, technical skills, analytical skills, and act as a key member to project success.

Position Responsibilities:

·      Develop expertise in a specified consulting area (project dependent)

·      Perform as a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·      Work with customers to gather and analyze business requirements

·      Deliver high-quality assignments in a timely fashion

·      Remain open to a variety of diverse assignments/projects

Qualifications: 

·      New graduate or pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Information Systems (or related major)

·      Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·      Adapt and respond quickly to change

·      Basic understanding of academic concepts related to coursework associated with major

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·      Minimum GPA of 3.25 (on 4.0 scale)

·      Ability to travel as required and relocate to Dallas/Fort Worth Texas
