Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for residents with physical impairments or disabilities

• Conduct physical therapy treatments, such as exercises, stretches, and modalities, under the supervision of a Physical Therapist

• Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the Physical Therapist

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Colorado

• Ability to lift, transfer, and support patients as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
