Customer Service Reps Needed - Work From Home$12-$15/hrSet Your Own Hours

We're hiring Remote Customer Service Reps to handle phone-based support for top-tier clients. This roleis ideal for people who want flexible hours, steady pay, and the abilityto grow in a remote-first environment.

Your Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
Offer prompt, accurate, and friendly solutions
Record data clearly into client systems
Provide follow-up as needed for customer satisfaction
Meet personal performance targets

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED
Excellent phone and typing skills
Comfortable navigating software and multitasking
Dedicated home workspace and stable internet
Windows 11 PCwith 8 GB RAM (16 GBRAMpreferred) (no Appleor Chromebook)
USBheadset & wired internet (not needed to apply, but requiredto start)
