Our client is seeking a Joint Ventures Associate to join its Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience with joint venture transactions, particularly within the real estate sector. Qualifications Experience handling complex real estate joint ventures, including drafting and negotiating sophisticated limited liability company and partnership agreements Strong writing, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently with significant responsibility Prior experience at a large law firm is preferred Strong academic credentials Admission to and good standing with the California State Bar Our client offers a competitive compensation package, with an anticipated base salary range of $250,000 to $350,000, depending on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
