Onsite Warehouse HR Partner: Build Policies & Performance

Exol, Perris, CA, is seeking an HR Business Partner to design and implement site-specific HR policies for a high-volume warehouse. You will build an engagement roadmap, develop safety training and a formal performance management framework, and coach managers across the site.
