Black Label Built is hiring a Sales Consultant Outdoor Living to meet with homeowners and guide them through outdoor construction and renovation projects. This role focuses on in-home consultations, relationship building, and guiding clients through the decision-making process.

You will work closely with estimating and production teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to build.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners
• Gather project needs, scope, and design direction
• Present solutions and guide homeowners through options
• Collaborate with estimating team for project proposals
• Communicate clearly throughout the sales process
• Hand off approved projects to production with complete details

Performance Metrics

• Total revenue generated
• Close rate on qualified consultations

Compensation

• Commission-based role
• 7% commission on sold projects
• Estimated annual earnings vary based on performance and volume

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred (construction/home services a plus)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and consistent follow-through
• Comfortable in a performance-based role
