We are looking for a charismatic person with excellent customer service skills to join our Office and Showroom team in Springfield, Missouri. The Office Clerk plays a critical role in processing returns, maintaining inventory accuracy, investigating discrepancies, and providing excellent customer service while supporting a variety of administrative functions.

What you'll do:

As an Office Clerk you will provide administrative and operational support for office and warehouse functions. You will:

• Provide excellent cashier service to our showroom customers
• General cashiering including placing pick-up, shipping, warranty, and quote orders
• General clerical duties including filing, mailing, and organizing
• Run reports and contact customers when needed
• Perform miscellaneous projects and work in other departments per company needs.

Education & experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous clerical, administrative, or office support experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory management, returns processing, or warehouse support is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Customer service ability
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Must provide your own tools
• Forklift experience (2+ years preferred)
