What You’ll Be Responsible For: Leading, training, and developing Team Members, Carhops, Skating Carhops, and managers Overseeing daily operations to ensure company standards are met Enforcing policies and maintaining compliance with company procedures Creating work schedules and managing staffing levels Monitoring inventory and placing product orders Hiring and training team members and members of the management team Handling guest concerns quickly and professionally Driving local marketing efforts and growing sales Why This Role?
