Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) with experience in assisted living to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a professional and compassionate manner.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.Support residents in maintaining their independence and dignity.Engage residents in social and recreational activities.Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.Utilize the computer charting system for accurate documentation of care and resident interactions.QualificationsCurrent certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).Experience in assisted living settings is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Flexible availability to work 3-4 shifts per week, including day shifts.Work ScheduleThis position requires a commitment to working 3-4 shifts per week, with shift times from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.Additional InformationAssignment length is 13 weeks.Staff-to-resident ratio is 1:4.No on-call shifts or floating to other units required.If you are passionate about providing high-quality care and making a difference in the lives of residents, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.Client Details City Greenbush State MN
