Staffing Coordinator

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a highly organized and dependable Staffing Coordinator to support clinical staffing operations within our senior living community. This role plays a vital part in ensuring appropriate coverage, budget alignment, and quality service delivery. In senior living, effective staffing directly impacts resident care and team morale.

- Play a key role in supporting resident care through strong staffing systems
- Partner closely with clinical and operational leadership
- Help maintain stability, consistency, and team performance
- Work in a supportive environment with growth opportunities
- Develop and manage staffing schedules for CNAs, CMAs, and PSAs
- Ensure appropriate coverage while adhering to budgeted labor hours
- Participate in on-call rotation as assigned
- Coordinate work assignments and staffing adjustments as needed
- Support onboarding and orientation for new care team members
- Track training requirements and assist with competency documentation
- Attend daily stand-up meetings to support staffing and resident care needs
- Maintain accurate records and prepare staffing reports
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
- Prior experience in staffing coordination, scheduling, or workforce management
- Experience in senior living or healthcare preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and scheduling best practices
- Proficiency with scheduling software and standard office applications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
