Senior Wage & Hour Litigator - Class Action Leader
Fisher Phillips
Fisher Phillips' Dallas office seeks a Senior Associate to join our Wage and Hour Litigation team. This role targets attorneys with 5+ years of experience to handle significant client-facing work and grow the practice. The ideal candidate will be versed in wage-and-hour class/collective actions under the FLSA and in interpreting DOL guidance, with strong writing and analytical skills.
