Registered Nurse, Emergency Department (Day Shift)ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Emergency Department (Day Shift) in Richlands, Virginia.Location: Richlands, VAAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule/Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 36 guaranteed hours per week, with every other weekend required.Job Description: Join the team in the Emergency Department at Clinch Valley Medical Center, where you will provide high-quality care to patients of all ages, including geriatric, adult, pediatrics, and OB. The facility operates with a 16-bed emergency department and typically has patient ratios of 5:1.As an RN, you will be responsible for patient assessment, identifying needs, initiating appropriate nursing interventions, and documenting all care and interventions timely and accurately within the electronic health record (MediTech).ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality nursing care in the Emergency Department.Assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans.Initiate necessary nursing interventions based on assessment findings.Document all medical necessity and care provided accurately in the medical record.Required ExperienceExperience in patient assessment and care planning.Ability to identify patient needs and implement nursing interventions.Certifications/LicensureCurrent BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required.Active Virginia RN license required.About ARMStaffing: Founded in 2011 and a member of the ARGroup, LLC, ARMStaffing connects dedicated nurses and allied health professionals with the facilities that need them most.
