Pest Control Outside Sales Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a driven, self-motivated, and customer-oriented Pest Control Sales Technician to join our team. In this dual role, you will be the face of our company—responsible for both growing our customer base and delivering high-quality pest control services. The ideal candidate thrives on autonomy, enjoys problem-solving, and is motivated by hitting sales targets while providing exceptional hands-on service.

Job Title: Pest Control Sales Technician

What You'll Do

Get New Clients: Run sales leads, follow up on old ones, and sign up new customers.
Do the Service: Perform pest control treatments and inspections.
Manage Accounts: Set up new customer accounts and paperwork.
On the Move: Drive to daily appointments and sales calls.

What We’re Looking For

Great people skills and a drive to make sales.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Comfortable working outdoors and doing physical work.
No pest control experience needed—we will train you!
