Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill is looking for a driven, high-energy Store Manager to lead our Brunswick location and help continue the growth of one of the region’s most exciting sports bar brands. What You’ll Do Lead daily front-of-house operations with confidence, urgency, and positivity Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing hospitality team Create an upbeat, guest-focused environment during every shift Drive sales, execute promotions, and maintain operational standards Handle guest concerns professionally and help create memorable experiences Work directly with upper management on performance goals and business growth Lead by example during high-volume nights, game days, and special events Uphold the Hotshots culture and hospitality mindset: “We are truly glad you are here and will do everything we can to make you want to come back.” What We’re Looking For 3+ years of restaurant, bar, or hospitality management experience Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and develop teams Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Hands-on mentality and willingness to jump in wherever needed Passion for hospitality, team culture, and guest experience Availability to work evenings, weekends, and busy event nights Why Hotshots?
